Stable Manufacturing Capability

Supported by strict process control at every production stage

Stainless Steel Tubes Manufacturing

E-Metal focuses on stable manufacturing and strict quality control of stainless steel tubes. Rigorous production processes are applied at every stage.
From raw material selection and tube forming to welding, dimensional control, and surface finishing, E-Metal uses mature and well-controlled processes. This ensures reliable performance in structural strength, weld quality, and product consistency.

Through standardized production procedures and continuous process improvement, E-Metal consistently meets strict quality requirements across different application fields.

Automatic Precision Cold Rolling & Slitting

Automatic precision cold rolling and slitting machines are used to control the dimensions of stainless steel strips.
Strip thickness can be controlled to 0.02 mm, and strip width can be controlled to 0.01 mm. This provides stable and consistent strip dimensions for the tube forming process and effectively reduces dimensional deviation of finished tubes.

Automatic High Frequency Water-Cooled Welding

Tube welding is carried out using automatic high frequency water-cooled welding machines.

The welding process is stable and well controlled. It strictly follows ASTM standard requirements. Weld seams are continuous with high welding strength, free from porosity and cracks. The tubes are suitable for bending and other subsequent processing while maintaining structural integrity.

Precision Tube Forming Molds

Tube forming molds are manufactured by precision lathes and treated with high-temperature hardening.

The molds offer high accuracy and good stability. This ensures consistent tube diameter and regular tube shape. At the same time, surface impact on the tubes during forming is reduced.

16-Head Automatic Polishing Line

A 16-head automatic polishing line is used to achieve stable surface finishing for stainless steel tubes.

Multiple surface finishes can be provided, including:

  • Satin finish: 180–320 grit
  • Bright finish: 500–600 grit (BA)
  • Mirror finish: 800 grit (8K)

Surface texture is uniform, with high surface brightness and good consistency. Overall surface quality is higher than common industry levels.

Full-Process Quality Control

Quality control points are set at every production stage, including tube forming, welding, polishing, and finished products.

Through process monitoring and final inspection, tube dimensions, weld quality, and surface finish are ensured to meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.

Automatic Packaging System

Finished tubes are packaged individually or in bundles using automatic plastic film wrapping equipment. PET steel straps are used for reinforcement. This packaging method provides necessary protection during transportation and storage and reduces the risk of surface damage.

Storage and Loading Management

Finished tubes are packed in bundles suitable for export transportation and stored in dry and clean warehouse conditions.

Container loading is handled by a professional team to ensure product stability and safety during transportation.
