About Us
E-Stainless is a subsidiary of EPAI Group. We focus entirely on stainless steel tubes and flat products.
EPAI Group was founded in 1997. Over the past 29 years, we have grown into a manufacturer specializing in custom stainless steel architectural hardware. Our products include stainless steel handles, railings, and tubes. We serve customers around the world, including well-known brands like Dorma.
In 2010, we needed better control over the raw materials used in our stainless steel handles. To solve this, we built our own tube manufacturing capacity and invested in 60 automated production lines. This is how our stainless steel tube business began.
In 2025, EPAI Group divided its business into two companies. E-Stainless handles stainless steel tubes and flat products. GripPro handles architectural hardware. Each company has its own dedicated team and resources to serve customers better.
Our tubes are exported to 94 countries and regions. We ship over 3,100 tons every month. Thanks to our consistent quality and reliable delivery, 95% of our customers come back to order again.

Authentic ASTM A554 & A270 Tubes
All our products meet ASTM A554 and A270 standards. Every batch comes with a mill certificate. The heat number and origin of each batch are fully recorded and traceable. We buy directly from China’s top three steel mills: TISCO, Baosteel, and Tsingshan. There are no middlemen. This keeps the material quality consistent from the very start.
Micron-Level Tolerance
We control wall thickness to within plus or minus 0.02mm. Outer diameter is controlled to within plus or minus 0.15mm. Both meet ASTM requirements. Consistent dimensions mean less rework, less waste, and more reliable results in your production process.
Worry-Free Processing
We use high-frequency automatic welding with alloy wire and inert shielding gas. The weld seam is tight and even. Every tube goes through 100% bend testing. There are no cracks, no splits, and no gaps.

You can order tubes and fittings together in one shipment. Before we ship, every set is test-fitted to confirm a perfect match. You can install them straight from the box. No extra coordination, no extra logistics.
Custom Cut-to-Length Service
We cut tubes to your exact size at the factory. When your order arrives, it is ready to use. No on-site cutting needed. This saves labor, reduces waste, and speeds up installation.
Production Processes
Every tube goes through several steps before it leaves our factory. We start with high-frequency welding, then remove the inner weld bead. After that, the tube goes through annealing and 100% eddy current testing. We then polish the inner surface, followed by outer surface polishing. Finally, the tube is packed in inner and outer packaging. Each step has clear quality requirements. This keeps every batch consistent in size, surface finish, and strength.
Quality Assurance
Every E-Stainless tube must pass several tests before it can be shipped. We check incoming raw materials with a spectrometer to confirm the material composition. During production, we measure dimensions and run hardness tests. On finished products, we carry out salt spray testing to check corrosion resistance. Every test has a clear standard. Every result is recorded. This gives our customers solid, data-backed proof of quality in every order.
