Raw Material from Top Mills
We source cold-rolled stainless steel strip from Tier-1 mills including TISCO, Baosteel, and Tsingshan. Every coil comes with the original mill test report, and each batch is traceable back to its heat number.
This gives you reliable consistency in chemical composition, hardness, and surface tone across orders, reducing the risk of grade surprises or color inconsistencies reaching your downstream customers.
High-Frequency Welding with Closed-Loop Control
Our tubes are formed and welded using automated high-frequency welding with real-time temperature monitoring. The weld seam is fully fused and free of pinholes or inclusions.
For fabricators who bend or cut our tubes on site, this helps reduce cracking during bending, scrap from failed welds, and additional repair work before installation.
Eddy Current Testing
Every tube is tested inline using eddy current non-destructive testing before leaving the production line. The system detects weld defects and removes non-conforming tubes in real time.
This means your shipment can generally go straight into production without additional incoming inspection, helping keep your project schedule on track.
